This setup works great for me because I lift before the rest of the house is awake so not moving bars in and out of the rack helps keep it quiet, it also cuts down on the time commitment since I don't have to move bars, j-cups, safeties etc. I have an SSB for squats so I just roll the handles up and let them rest on the crossmember and leave the swiss bar in place as well as the cut down Titan axle bar I use for viking press. I now have a bench station that stays setup 24/7 as well as a viking press station, back squat and front squat station. I have had it set up for about a week and it's awesome. Now I have an absurd looking rack that is about 6' long in a 10x13' room. I originally planned on replacing the rear 24" crossmembers with the 12" parts from the rack but then decided to just lean into it and bolt the whole thing together. I decided to buy a T-3 short space saving rack after /u/homegymstuff was so kind as to measure his space saving rack and give me confidence that this would work. Titan doesn't sell those crossmembers individually and they don't sell a 12" extension either. I thought this was sort of a stupid setup so I wanted to buy some 12" crossmembers to make the rear section shorter. I had the Titan 24x24 short T-6 rack, I had weight storage pegs on the back posts which meant the back 24" section existed just to hold up plates and all the work was done in the front 24" section and off the front of the rack.
