Developing search and retrieval aids, and system reference guides.Developing and delivering specialized, focused training sessions and provides on-site assistance for NRC staff on how to align existing office work processes with functionality, policies, and procedures in ADAMS and IBM FileNet Suite. ![]() Serving as a key participant in the design, development, testing, operation, and evolution of the ADAMS system. Serving as a member of NRC’s ADAMS business process reengineering team to standardize and better align agency business processes with the ADAMS program.Performing auditing functions of records to ensure compliance. Resolves ADAMS request through the ticketing system. Providing guidance to NRC submitters on processing non-NRC-generated documents (e.g., licensee documents) into ADAMS. Serving as the point-of-contact for NRC staff to coordinate document processing activities provided by OCIO’s Document Processing Center, including digitization of legacy materials and electronic distribution using Adobe, Kofax, and Enfocus Pitstop.Responsible for developing policies and procedures associated with the Agency wide Documents Access and Management Systems (ADAMS), an IBM FileNet Suite product.Such duties include, but are not limited to: The successful candidate will perform the full range of Records and Information Management (RIM) Specialist (Processing) duties. ![]()
